I was very happy with the service I received. Dustin Lee kept me updated daily on my Jeep’s progress and estimated completion. He answered all of my questions and if he couldn’t answer immediately he would get back to me within a couple of hours. Also, my insurance company would not cover the cracked windshield so Dustin got several different prices for me and all I had to do was make a decision. He even saved me $40 on the windshield when I picked my Jeep up! Anyway, very satisfied and kudos to Dustin for a job well done!

It's still hearing a scraping noise coming from the front in of my vehicle. There vwas no mention of it in the report when I received it back, I don't know if it was even addressed. I will have to bring the vehicle back in I take it to another shop.

Had I known the damage was around $6000, I could have justified my sore back;however, the initial appraisal was only $1600, so damage appeared minimal.
Also, it's clear parts were stored in the vehicle as I have indentations in the seats.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received at Service King. I really loved the follow up texts and emails from my technician, Daniel Brehmer. He was very helpful and informative throughout the process of getting my vehicle back on the road. He was even kind enough to send me pictures of my Jeep during the repair process and then when the vehicle was finished. Not a lot of technicians would be thoughtful enough to go that extra step these days. Job well done to Daniel and also the front end service representatives that greeted me each time I walked through the door with a smile and friendly attitude. Customer service is key these days when we are all quick to quote the negative and difficulties we may have with any business. We all need to take an extra step and a little initiative to praise the ones that give the spot on treatment to us. This enables others to make an informed decision based on not just the few bad experiences, but the awesome experiences as well!
I will recommend the Plainfield Service King to ANYONE needing repairs for their vehicles.
