First of all, the customer service was fantastic. From the text updates about the status of my car, to David answering phone calls answering our questions, to the follow up call a day after we got our car back to ensure our satisfaction, it was all marvelous. The people are friendly and helpful, and they even went above and beyond to buff out a door ding not related to the work being done on the car after the accident, and all for free.
