I need to get the protective coating that was applied by the dealership that I paid for along with an extended service warranty. Your adjuster advised me to go to the dealership, have the affected area recoated and bill you so you can bill Pemco. Please confirm this process is ok.

The repair itself is terrible. There are clear dimples all around where the original damage was. Additionally the car was a mess inside with dirty handprints throughout the inside of the car. The floor mats were also trashed. Obviously nobody cared to put anything down to protect the interior while work was being performed. Very disappointed in the quality of work and the overall care taken with my car. I called the service advisor immediately upon getting the vehicle home but he didn’t answer and he hasn’t returned my call.
