I dropped my car off on Tue April 24th & was told it "might" be ready by Sat but more than likely by Mon. I was also told that I would be getting daily text mssgs on the progress but neither happened. I understand that these things take time because my family is in this business. So my advise is don't make promises you can't keep. Other than that they did a great job on my car. They went above what most shops do, by buffing out a couple of extra marks and buffing the headlights back to life. They also vacuumed out my car & washed it. This is the 3rd vehicle that Service King has done for me and there is a reason I keep going back. Thanks for the great service. Thanks Edward.

My car looks excellent but there was a stain on the front seat when picked up. It wasn’t there when we dropped it off. They tried getting it out and it’s still there. They said they would have the car detailed if necessary? I hate to have to do that but it’s light beige interior and you can see it really well. Everything else looks great
