I got mixed signals about when car would be ready and what stage of repair it was in. Text messages would say one thing, service advisor would tell me something else, Service King website would show a different status. Didn’t know what was right and what wasn’t . And then I wouldn’t hear anything from anybody for several days even though I was told my car would be ready the next day then nothing for 2 ****/2 days.

The local shop was excellent! The corporate call center and the texts they sent and voicemail they left were not. Very frustrating. ONLY because of Erica and Marie at the LAS VEGAS BADURA location did I continue to leave my car to be repaired. Those two women are amazing!
