I was very impressed with the fast professional service I received. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I actually called a competitor first and talked with somebody who sounded bothered and explained how backed up they were. He then told me to hold and was going to transfer me to somebody to make an appointment. After waiting on hold for almost 10 min, I hung up and thought, "let me try Service King". I'm glad I did.
