The repairs were quite well done, in my opinion - Service King hit the delivery schedule we agreed to.
Communication was very good - I always knew the status of the repair. They repaired the "insured damage" to the front bumper, and I paid a great deal extra to have several more panels repaired and repainted.
The paint is a unique pearl (Lexus Black Sapphire), and the color saturation, gloss, and final finished repair by Service King closely resembles the perfection of factory robot applied finishes - a very difficult feat with many pearl paints. I'm rather impressed.
The lifetime warranty is also provides excellent peace of mind, given that it's a very nice car that I plan to own for many years to come.
I have no hesitation ion recommending Service King to my friends and family for any body work they might need.

Jesse,the contact point was rude and sarcastic. Absolutely not necessary in a professional business. I have an electrical problem that was not there when I brought it in there were not problems. He told me they would run a diagnostic test but if they felt it was there before I would have to pay for the test. Problem.... he can’t tell me the cost. This is why I should have taken it to Frank Kent. I was convince by insurance that this would be easier. It is not the service I expected. I am disappointed and have contacted All State, my agent and will press further if the problem is not resolved.
