Car wasn't ready until a week after promised date. Took almost **** month to repair a truck and minor body work. The patch work on my seat looks really bad, I'm expecting that to rip again in the future. Had to return my car 2 times to finally get the repair done completely. I've wasted so much time, energy and even gas dealing with you guys. I feel like I should have gotten paid for this experience.

Communication is very important in a customer service experience. I found that Service King did not perform as well as expected. I had to call to get the answers I needed. I would think twice about recommending this shop to anyone because I truly believe it could have gone a whole lot better.
Also customer service is key in bringing and keeping customers coming back or recommending the business to others.

From the first step into the door we had someone who greeted us, knowing who we were, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a general timeline that it would take for our repairs. Picking up my car was also easy and we were also given a thorough explanation of repairs and how to care for our paint. Also had a great chat about Subarus with the tech!!! We have always gone to a place closer to us in the past, but very happy our insurance directed us here!! I hope we don't have to return, but we have a civic so if it's stolen again (and found), I'll know it's in great hands for repairs!
