Got my car fixed here and they left my carpet wet... had to call and ask what happened they are making me drop off my car back at the shop I have to arrange my time and have someone pick me up because the car has to stay with them for a couple hours so they can wash the carpet... the gentalman who answered the phone said they do clean the cars after the repairs so I came into conclusions the carpet was left wet during the process.

This was my first time in my 12 years of driving that I have had to get any major repairs done for a vehicle and Service King made it a much better experience than I worried it would be. I was given frequent updates about parts being shipped and repair statuses, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable.
