Great service from start to finish. I was reluctant because of my previous experience 30 years ago. It was impressive this time unlike a visit about 30 years ago.

The use of technology in keeping the customer notified by text was excellent. I guess the employees use a green marker to annotate prior damage on the vehicle that will not be repaired because there was a mark left on my vehicle.

Brad (manager) explained the steps and the procedure to get my car looking better than new. He told me approximate cost and the amount of time it would take to restore my car. I was informed almost everyday what percent of the job was completed. They were correct on the cost and finished the job early. I would recommend Service King to family and friends. Great job.

I understand that sometimes the repairs can take a little bit longer, but they should let the customer knows about it in advance. Also if the car in the repair shop will be done, they also should let the customer knows a day before, rental cars can become expensive.
