My car looks great and there is no indication of damage. They kept me posted on the progress along the way and service providers were kind and knowledgeable.

I’m glad that I'm not paying the $12,000 that you charged the insurance company. Because the quality of the job done to my car is unacceptable.
The only good thing that I experienced was the lady who was in charge of giving me the updates and the information about what was going on with my car. But as far as the job done to my car, it was absolutely horrible. From the damaged refurbished door that was placed on my car, to the dirty and cheap tint that was placed on my windshield. The job was very poorly done and is unacceptable.

Customer service was great. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. They worked quick and efficient so I got my car back and fixed a little over 24 hours later. I dropped it off Thursday afternoon & received it back all clean and fixed up that next day right before they closed. I was impressed.

I am very happy with the service I received from Service King and Enterprise! Mitch was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with throughout this process. He made sure everything was done correctly. He also kept me informed on any changes that occurred. I’m thankful I had such a knowledgeable person to help me with everything! (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) China from Enterprise was extremely sweet and seriously made the experience so pleasant! She got me into an extremely nice Chevrolet Impala. (I was VERY sad to leave that car, it was so nice. ) She was just the sweetest and made everything so simple. The receptionist for Service King was also very nice and greeting me in a professional/welcoming way and made sure I was taken care of ASAP.
Also, I have a 3 year old kiddo, and everyone made her feel so comfortable while we were waiting for the rental car. No one made me feel bad for having a curious toddler running a muck.
