We appreciate the calls from Wayne MCkaskle. He kept us informed on the progress of repairing our Honda. He was very nice and did not give us the run around. We were very pleased. As far as the office,Marcia Basilius was outstanding. She was very nice and helpful.

My cassette tape to aux was fried because of the heat since the car was left out in the sun. Also, my weather tech mat in the trunk was not put back correctly or cleaned like the rest of the car.

The fender was not new like they told me since the beginning it a use one from
Stadium auto parts and they told me that they where going to paint from fender and the two side doors and on the black they just did touch up that it can tell right away I will let know State Farm about it because they not did what they say they did I'm not happy at all
