When I dropped my vehicle off first thing Monday morning, Samuel told me he would stay in touch with me. Said he would call me 'in a day or two'. Mid day Thursday I had not heard from him. So I called him. Asked when would my vehicle be ready? He said he would call me later that afternoon. He never called. So I called him Friday morning. He said the vehicle was being washed and would be ready soon, he said he thought I owed about 'three hundred and something' he would check on it and call me back. I said 'really because you said that yesterday and never called me back' of which he did apologize, yes he said within 10 minutes he would call me back. I was expecting to owe around 400, so I thought this was going to be a nice surprise. So a few minutes later he calls back, tells me I owe 559. I asked 'what happened to the 300 and something?' He explains that there was some damage underneath that the adjuster couldn't see. No problem, I understand how that happens. I was frustrated that Samuel told me that he would stay in touch with me 'I will call you in a day or two', never called me. Then told me he would call me by the end of the day on Thursday, never called me back. I am not upset about the inside damage, but had he stayed in touch with me, I would have known about that prior to picking up the vehicle....

Great service and the friendliest reps. The manager Jason was especially helpful and explained step by step the repair process.

Excellent service... Prompt and responsive, and repairs were outstanding. A first-.rate company that cares about quality. A rarity these days.
