A good day. You guys made it like it never happened. Thank you and thank you even more for being a USAA provider. It means a lot for veterans. For the front desk clerk, thank you for being prompt. But please smile more. The stress of going to a repair shop is huge on customers. A smiling face at first contact really helps during stressful and busy times.
