Brought in car on Wednesday and was told it would be ready following Tuesday at 4 pm. Received follow up text confirming Tuesday 4 pm. On Tuesday at 245 pm I called to make sure it was ready. Shay said she would check detailing to confirm. Called me back a little after 3 pm to tell me it would now be ready on Wednesday at 4 pm. I would not have known it was delayed if I had not called. This very unexpected delay with extremely short notice caused problems to my personal schedule. I called Wednesday about 2 pm to confirm and told Gary (not sure which Gary?) and related my experience. Simply told me these were automated texts. I never heard any apology, sorry for delay, etc. As I expected, no one offered any apology, etc when I picked car up. Please note, repairs and detailing work was very satisfactory. But, customer service and follow up was not satisfactory.

Everyone there was nice. Fabian was great to deal with. The only problem I have is with the "updates". I didn't get any. When I brought my car in, I was told I get a call that same day. Didn't expect to, seemed too quick. No big deal. I got a voice mail 4 days later (Friday) saying my car wouldn't by the weekend and I get a call first thing Monday. Didn't get one. I called on Tuesday and was told my car is ready. Meanwhile I didn't get any texts/updates the whole time. It is not that big of a deal, cause I wasn't paying for anything including the rental. Just would have liked to updated. And thought it would have been washed a little better. That said, car looks great and done in a timely fashion. No complaints there. And again, Fabian was really nice to work with.
