He explained to Michael Spiteri that I wasn't sure at that time if I will use my Farmers policy or the at-fault driver's USAA policy. I went with USAA. I was updated daily thru texts and emails from Michael Spiteri. His team did a great job on fixing my vehicle. I am very satisfied. I knew that I will not be disappointed.
