I was very pleased to receive regular updates on my car. Also, Mike was quite helpful in expediting the service given that we were paying for our rental car by the day. He even agreed to pay for the last day of the rental, which was very thoughtful. Thank you all for the excellent service!

Tom and Bridget were particularly helpful. Tom went over and above what's expected since Larry, the original estimator outright shut down my request of buffing the rear portion of my car where there was a tiny scratch. Larry said it can't be buffed, and it's not part of the actual work. Tom tried his best for me and that made me very happy.
