I have nothing but positive things to say. My car was fixed sooner than I expected and it looks great. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

I really appreciate how promptly the job was completed and also really liked the notifications provided to me to let me know of what progress was being made. Lastly, my car was returned to me in perfect condition as it was before the damage and I was pleasantly surprised to find the inside vacuumed. Great service!!

I Was not kept apprised as to the progress of the repair. My vehicle was supposed to be ready yesterday. No one called me to inform me that my vehicle wasn't going to be ready. I Had to make the call. The Representative was at lunch at ****:30, so I left a message for him to return my call. He never did. I Had to call back at 4:00pm and he wasn't available. He finally called me back at 4:45pm to inform me that it probably would be ready on Friday around noon and would call me by noon. He never did. I Called around 2:00pm on Friday. Vehicle was ready at 4:00pm. Very very frustrating!!! Horrible communication from Service King.

Whenever I brought a vehicle to Central Collision, I have been completely satisfied with the results. My recent experience turned out to be the best. My car was hit by another vehicle which was upsetting. But the great repair you do and getting updates everyday made this experience wonderful.
