We were originally told it would be ready the 13th. Then it was almost ready last Friday. Then one thing needed changing then another and another and a trip to the dealer, etc. Just seemed like there was never actually any intention of completing it earlie, but that we were told that only because we were upset with the long quoted time. It's fine, it's all fixed now. But don't say it's ready until it's actually ready. We are just relieved at this point to have the car back, done.
