Extremely fast service. Brian was an excellent person to work with. He deserves a big 10. I have had several cars repaired at Service King and have always been satisfied. this was the best experience.

The overall paint job was great. The representative I coordinated with was wonderful and very professional. However, upon further inspection of my car, I found scratches from a buffer on a quarter panel. The representative did a decent job of polishing them out. But even after that, I found identical scratches on a headlight, a dip in the paint on the hood, two spots where it appears the clear coat splashed and left nickel-sized spots, and there was no attempt made to clean up the layer of dust covering the whole interior of the car. Considering what my insurance company and I doled out for this, I'm not very impressed. Of course there is a warranty, but I don't have the patience to leave my car with them again to fix their errors. Again, everyone was very nice and professional.
