Everything was great and everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. My only complaint was phone communication. I called to check on the status of my car and was told I would be called back a couple of times but wan't. I had to call again to make sure that my ride was still lined up and my car was going to be ready on time. Which it was, but there was a lack of communication letting me know that everything was good to go.
Other than that, great service!

James kept me up to date on the progress of work. He knew finances were an issue, and he worked to get it completed in a timely manner. Brad was also wonderful in working with me. Everyone I met, from the minute I walked in the door, was friendly and wanting to help. I find customer service to be lacking in this day and age. Service King is all about the customer. I highly recommend them.

The work done to my vehicle was great. Paint looks good, one of the corners is nor 100% flush but Im not too worried about it. However, when i got in the car, I realized my inside door pull handle had been broken and was sitting in the seat?
