The work on our car was done very well and looks beautiful. However, the lack of communication between the technician working on our car and us was frustrating. When I called 24 hours after I dropped the car off, I called to ask someone a question and all I was told was that my technician was not there to answer it. I suggest a communication tool between the technicians so anyone can help the customer at any time. Other than those minor things, my customer service was excellent. The technicians were all friendly and very patient with us.
