Everyone there was very courteous, professional, and treated my repair needs with a sense of urgency. The repair work looks flawless! Gary Lubbers was my liaison there for USAA, and proactively kept me well informed of the progress and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. It appears that that office, and the employees there make an excellent team. This was simply a GREAT customer service experience!

It was a very unprofessional experience. Not only did Ron have a week to verify the 0 deductible I had mentioned Monday morning but became very upset the gentleman delivering the vehicle and I bothered him to question this during a phone call. (Adam had written it as a note for Ron.) I was laughed at seeing I was already close to tears and upset when informing this same delivery agent my car sputtered on and began shaking until I showed him a check engine light that wasn't present at time of drop off. This frustration and inconvenience could have been avoided had my vehicle been properly repaired and checked for any issues (deductible/Check engine light) prior to sending these automated text indicating my car was ready for pick up. This is the second time I've been disappointed not only with the negligent service the company provided (the first under the name of Sterling Auto) but myself for giving Service King another opportunity to treat me in a cruel fashion by its employees. The majority lack some major people skills. I should mention in case it hasn't been brought to upper management's attention before companies benefit when employees provide an outstanding customer experience since every client has the potential to influence the minds of at the very least 10 more possible prospects looking online for a reputable repair shop. Unfortunately I will be dealing with the horrible issue of having my vehicle properly repaired the week of Christmas when I should be home enjoying the Holidays with my family. Merry Christmas!

When I went to pick up my car they didn't have the proper communication from USAA regarding the deductible that USAA took care of with the person's insurance who hit my daughters car. Also my daughters ac isn't working properly and the panel across the bottom of the door that was hit was damaged from the wreck and not repaired.
