The process did not seem as efficient as when I had my truck repaired by Sterling Auto body. Truck was completed late. I can't remember what the advisers name was, Rick or Rich, but he was great and tried to make up for the lack of communication on the behalf of the other advisor and it being done late. I had to call, instead of being called, on the progress of my truck. Rick or Rich went above and beyond to help. An email saying my truck is happy and will be done soon is not keeping me updated. A scratch was missed on the hood that I pointed out when I went over everything else on the truck with the first advisor. At this point, it's no big deal because I can't be without my vehicle again for a while in order to get it fixed. If it wasn't for Rick or Rich, than I would have been very upset.
