Try to order parts before dropping off car for service. Then , call customer to bring car in for service. Of course, you submit to insurance first for payment. Once payment arrives, order parts then call customer to set up repairs.

There was paint left on the driver's side and the front light panel is loose and it wasn't when I brought the car in. Also, car was dirty and I can hardly see through the front and back windows.
