The moment I walked through the doors. I was welcomed. Fabian was so friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions and reassured me that my car was in good hands. Chad at Enterprise was great as well, a smooth tranaction once I came back with my drivers license. The entire team.....Fabian, Ron and Daniel communicated with me throughout the entire time my car was there. After picking up my car, I had to return back due to a concern. Once again Fabian was there to correct the issue. I can honestly say with this being my first accident, I was truly pleased with the A service received. Great customer service. Stephanie and Daniel Torres were amazing! Felt like valley motor took great car of my car, answered all my questions when I called, had a car service to take you home, offered to pick you up, absolutely loved the email feature because it updated you daily, even washed my car inside and out. It is definitely also about the small details that valley motor provided that I noticed and appreciate. They finished in record timing with excellent service. And I fully inspected my vehicle, they did an amazing job and they have a 100% warranty! I will reccommend valley motor center to anyone who has require car repairs. 10 outta 10!
