Dee was very service orientated andw professional. My craw repair took no time at all and was even cleaned on interior of car. I was very shocked and impressed at the same time. Working with Dee was a very updated and professional experience. Where I don't want to have anymore car damage, if it should happen again, I know to call Dee at Service King.

after I waited in the parking lot in the 101 degree heat with my baby and all of her belongings, waiting for my car to come, ap still off of my car when she pulled it up to reveal that the entire wheel casing was still bent they drove it back and I continued to wait. finally I walked back and they said "sorry ma'am we will get your rental car back for you". I am so glad I drove 45 minutes to pick up my car that was not finished and nobody notified me
