The moment I saw the vehicle I noticed the door they installed had a tint on the glass. The other 3 doors did not. I was not satisfied because I have to take the vehicle back to strip a tint off the glass they installed. Which will take an additonal 2 hours dealing with an issue they should of found during their inspection.

Someone at Service King (north Austin) stole all the money (2 and change) from my ash tray. The value of the money is not the issue. It the fact your business and staff can not be trusted. If I can't trust you with 2, how can I trust you did the repairs correctly?

Jose has been great but when I picked my car up
Today, there was still a spot on my bumper that shouldn't be there. If I come in to get my bumper fixed, I expect it to look like new and the scratches to be gone. It's very minor but I was just disappointed that Service King didn't make sure it was totally fixed.
