Told vehicle would be complete at 4:30 Wed afternoon(via text). Called to confirm at 5 pm and no one at the shop could tell me if the vehicle was complete are not. Very inconvenient. Keep the customer informed...if the vehicle is not going to be complete and when it is complete pick up the phone and call...very simple.
