Windshield damaged trying to remount rearview mirror. Service representative informed us what "they" would charge US to replace windshield. I feel that Service king should have replaced the windshield, at no additional charge.

Very professional staff, which reflects in the finished product. My impression is that I'm in a newer vehicle than what I had prior to the wreck. Great to have weekly updates and better to have work completed in advance of initial estimate. Communicating the progress on the repair went a long way to alleviating concerns I have had with similar types of repairs in other auto body shops, where "communication" seemed to be a bad word and was avoided as much as possible. Also, the staff was very accommodating to my work schedule when it came time to pick up my vehicle.
