I liked getting the email updates. Everyone I worked with was great from the front desk to my service tech Brian. Fantastic job on the repair. My only negative thought is that I appreciate you cleaning the inside of the car but if I had known that was going to be done I would have requested no scent because I can't handle perfume and my car smells pretty strongly of cleaning chemicals right now. I did just notice a ding right next to where the accident damage was that I never saw before so I'm going to bring it back in next week to see if that can be fixed. But overall I'm very impressed with the service here and will absolutely recommend it to friends.

In this day and time, it is actually shocking to receive good customer satisfaction. I had my eyebrow raised from the moment I walked in to your establisment. Jeff set the bar pretty high with his promises, and I did the perverbial chuckle and walked out the door. Jeff kept all of his promises with an amazing attitude. I can not remember the last time that I dealt with any establishment or person in any line of work and have left knowing I had to tell everyone that will listen to what an amazing experience I had.
