I would definitely recommend ABC to anyone needing collision service. The communication was amazing! I knew, on a regular basis, what was happening and the timing of when I'd be getting my vehicle returned. Jim Caniga went out of his way to make the experience simple and convenient for me. Very proactive and informative! I loved that you guys called me less than 12 hours from when I filed a claim with my insurance company and they had input you as where I should take my car. Very easy!

Keith was great with communicating with me throughout the process and to get the car done, however every time I called after I got my car back and to discuss the humming noise and vibration on the steering wheel when I hit 60 mph, I have not been notified or responded to. I have even left a voicemail.

The body repair exceeded my expectations. The only way the job could have been performed better is by allowing less sanded debris to enter the interior of the vehicle, where it sometimes ends up in hard to clean places.

I will be calling. My trunk will not open (painted shut?), the cap for my lighter is missing, and there is a piece missing out of the trim by my shifter. Also there is a scratch on the back passenger side door. I was very impressed by the updates I received during the process from Scott.

Work was great but can work on protecting cars from accidental paint There was a small drop of paint on the inside on my car. I can't seem to remove with out ruining the interior
