My car is driving perfectly, looks great and I was kept updated throughout the process. I really appreciate the care and service that was provided by all people involved but particularly Scott Gatlin with his detailed updates and compassionate approach. The front desk staff was also very helpful and I am thankful there was an enterprise onsite. It made the process painless

ABC Nissan team did a fantastic repair to my vehicle I am totally satisfied. I have already recommended them to people where I work and to some friends that the repairs are perfect. Not at all. I was given miss information throughout the process. My car was nit done on time. I was caused extreme stress and told to pick up my car just to get there and it not be finished. I was told my rental car fees that were bot covered by insurance would be taken care of for my inconvenience and my credit card was charged even after I stated that I did not authorize any further charges ob mu card.
