The team went above and beyond in dealing with our insurance company. Elephant insurance mad it very difficult to get what was needed to repair our car with new parts instead of after market. Drew and Lisa made sure that we got the right 2015 parts. Thank you Drew and Lisa!!

I certainly loved the text keeping me in the know!! Drew was excellent and handled everything very professionally!! He was very knowledgeable about USSA insurance company and handling the claim. My car smelled like noxious fumes when it was returned to me. I've had the windows down since I picked it up. The smell is overwhelming. Had I paid for the car wash I would have been disappointed. The windows have streaks and the rims were still dirty. Since it was free, I didn't say anything.
