Would have preferred better communication and updates along the way. It was my car that was repaired and I am the one who brought it in, however, my husband was the person who received updates as he was the person listed first on our insurance. I would have preferred to receive the updates.

Larry was nice and the email updates were great! they got my car done quickly even with all the back up. I purchased my car from crest infiniti and did the service repair well and there was no drop off. I wish that there could have been a free rental like at the dealership since I was staying in the crest family.
