I called before I arrived to pick up my Escalade. I asked specifically if the car was clean and shined and ready to go for I had appointments right after and could not wait on getting the car cleaned. They said the car was clean and ready. When I arrived, the car was clean on the inside but was not on the outside...it had dried muddy rain drops all over the car along with trash in the back area that was theirs that they left behind. I expressed my disappointment and they insisted they run it quickly thru the car wash...it took a few minutes to wait, which I did not want to do...when I finally received it, the car was wet and not wiped down anywhere...They promised the car was clean, again it wasn't. I expected better from Crest.

Mr.Larry **** was thee most awsum person to deal with, had a very calming presents. That was the first time I ever had any damage to any car I've ever owned...I'm 62 years young , I've already told two of my friends who live in Plano about my wonderful experience with Crest Paint and Body...I bought a 08 G35 for my wife, the other person I've dealt was a Gentlemen named James Silva who is the reason I'll always own nothing but a Infiniti...your dealership truly knows thee meaning of Service after the sale!! I was never told the cost and when I was informed that my car was ready I showed up thinking the insurance was covering it all because they never told me the cost or got my approval to do the work if it was going to cost. I have purchased cars from crest in the past but will no longer be a crest customer based on the unethical actions of the body shop.

i have nothing but good things to say about the team at Crest. They did and awesome job and by far the best customer service i have dealt with since being in the automotive field. Keep up the great work every you have a customer for life!
