No communication through the entire process resulting in work not being done that I wanted done and would've even been willing to pay for out of my own pocket and they tell me. Not happy.

Lack of communication via the previously stated status text updates I would receive and I never did. Bob said my car would be done on a Friday and it ended up being 6 days later due to "broken" parts tbat were received.
