Yvonne was fabulous. Very patient and understanding with my difficult situation. She is one of s million. I run ???? into so many block walls, it is very refreshing to be treated with kindness for a change. I always say "always be kind as you may be the only one that I'd.@ we live in such a hectic life geared more and more to poor customer service. Toyota, I am a proud and loyal Toyota customer. Tim was fantastic to work with. My first impression was correct, you do care about your clients. This was the first dent in my Jeep, I bought it brand new in 1998 and it is my baby. You did a great job on the repair and a fantastic job on the detailing. I feel like I am in that new Jeep back in 1998! Your front desk staff were very friendly, very courteous and very exact in what they did for me. I hope to never have to come back...but if I do I know I will be in good hands. Thank you for taking good care of me and my Jeep!

When I picked up my car the side view mirror controls do not work nor do the driver side window controls. The mirror was replaced but not connected to the electrical system.

I already spoke with a contact there and informed them of my issues. It took entirely too long and I was not kept updated. You had my car for 2 weeks before I even got a revised estimate and you ordered parts.
