My car looks beautiful but I was frustrated with the time table I was given. I was told it would be ready by Tuesday the 19th but it wasn't ready till Monday the 25th

The whole team here was unbelievably helpful. They assisted me with questions I had on my car, helped me with minor repairs nuts and bolts. Answered questions and were willing to pick me up and drop me off again. Five stars from start to finish !!!

I really appreciate the attention to detail and the wonderful customer service. For example I have a limited edition ASU pitchfork emblem on my tailgate, where all my damage was, and I asked if it could be removed and saved. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and that I'd find it in the center consul. When I came in to pick up my vehicle I was told I had a little surprise. My surprise was my emblem was placed back where it originally was. My car looks just like it did the day I drove it off the lot a little over a year ago. I also really appreciated the text message updates. So thank you for all the great service.

My car was cosmetically damaged by a fire while it was parked at my apartment. It took 7 ****/2 weeks to get it back. It was an excessively long process with many delays on behalf of my insurance, State Farm. It would take a week to send an appraiser out, and longer to get a report. i came by on week number 4 and found that there were damages not included in the initial estimate. It then was another week for an appraiser to come back out. The new estimate didn't include some of the damages on the original estimate, and was actually missing 11.2 hours of labor. It took couple more weeks to sort it out. It was nothing short of a nightmare. Pierre did a great job communicating with me throughout the process! I was most impressed that he took the time to find parts that were discontinued for my vehicle. I appreciate that he gave me the option to not paint the car, as insurance would only pay for half the paint job and the new paint would not match the old, faded patina.. . He explained that I could put that money towards the deductible. I feel like many shops would do what they can to get the most money, and would thus not explain it to me like he had. He did his best to help me understand the estimates and procedures of my insurance company. He told me he even called State Farm to tell them they needed to get it figured out, because it was taking so long. The process would have been much more difficult with out Pierres willingness to help. The receptionists were always kind and helpful, and would do there best to help me. I could tell that customer service is top priority here I am satisfied with the experience! I wish I could say the same about State Farm. Thanks!
