Sherry was fabulous to work with! She communicated everything in a very timely and professional manner. I was surprised when I went to pick up my car and the battery was dead. The tech jumped it off with a box and mentioned that I probably needed a new battery as batteries don't go dead unless the battery was disconnected for the work to be performed. I stated that the battery was only about 4 years old and I had not had any problems. I arrived home to discover that the parking lights had been left on by the techs at the shop, leading to the battery being fully discharged. I can't say that in the 9 years I have had the car, that I have ever used the parking lights. It took me 5 min in my driveway to figure out how to turn them off. I would have expected that a shop of this caliber would have tested the battery prior to my arrival and ensured that this kind of mishap did not occur.

While I was thrilled with the expert work done on my car, I was discouraged at the length of time it took to complete. I was told by the insurance company 5-7 days, and it took over three weeks. I understand there is a good deal of back and forth between the insurance company and body shop, but this was still a very long amount of time. However, the superb work that was done to my car made up for everything. I was, however, disappointed when the staff asked me to lie on the survey when asked if my car was completed on time.
