I have worked with other body shops in the past in the Charlotte area and none have come close to the personalized level of service provided with Body Works Plus. Furthermore, the quality of work is exceptional, most body shops will leave over spray on pieces of trim and or hard to see areas, however this was not the case. The car was clean when I got it back. Should I need repairs or restoration of paint and body. It should be noted that Sherri was able to cordinate a rental vehicle pick up and drop off for me, while I was in and out of the country and communicated her every step. Body Works Plus is the way to go.

My experience with Body Works Plus was fantastic. Brian was very professional. They repaired the damages to my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He even stayed open late in order for me to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop! A! I've had several bad experiences in the past, so this is an auto body shop I will continue to support. Very professional, informative, and my car looks and runs better than ever!
