From my first encounter with Emily, I knew I was in the right place. She made me feel so relaxed in a stressful situation. Ana was absolutely amazing! She was pleasant and professional and kept me a engaged with the progress of my car. My car looks amazing! I was told that you were the best auto shop in town, and that certainly proved to be true. I have referred everyone I know to Sam's auto land.

The gentleman Bert was great. You guys were very nice from the moment I stepped in and informed me what was all going to be done. It was pretty cool to have text message updates too to keep me informed at all times. Bert even had my car done way before the expected finish date. Thank you all for your amazing service and great work on my Nissan Maxima!!!

"You made my car look brand new again" I'm completely satisfied with the service that I received from Sam's Auto Land. Bert kept kept me updated with the progress regarding the work being completed on my car. The receptionists at the front desk were friendly and professional. I appreciate the email updates. However, I found that they were not totally in sync with what was actually happening. I received an email Thursday morning that you were on track from completion by 4:00 and you would let me know if there were any delays. Although I didn't receive any further emails, I called a little before 5:00 to confirm completion. Unfortunately I was told there was a delay receiving a part to complete the repairs. Shortly thereafter I received the email letting me know about the delay. It would have been helpful to receive the email before 4:00. It did not turn out to be a big deal since I didn't actually drive to the shop. However, a little better syncing of emails would be helpful.
