Experience was great throughout the repair process. I was not in town for several days after my 4Runner was ready but Jennifer handled it without a hassle. . She was very thorough and efficient with her communication from repair estimate though pick up. Thanks Sam!

The repairs are excellent but I had a hard time reaching the Sam’s Autoland Representative over the phone during the repair process . My Voicemails were never returned. Also I wasn’t told that my car had to be jump started right before it was given back to me. Because of that I was stranded after leaving Sam’s Autolannd after making a quick stop on my way home.

I was upset that my car was in an accident but Sam’s Auto handled my situation like I was special customer. I see why they are highly recommended. They kept me informed of my repair status and when my car was ready for pickup. When I saw my car after repairs, I was so pleased with the results. Thank you Sam’s for a job well done ????

It seems like the work was done well but there were major delays in getting it completeled. It took 45 days to complete when I believe it should have taken less than 30.
