Bert allowed my car to sit for the first 10 days and did not contact me, the adjuster, or the claims department. I spoke with Jennifer and requested a callback and still did not receive a callback. Bert promised me a 10 day turn around my car and it took 35 days. I am out of pocket approximately 700.00 hundred dollars due to his lack of follow up and feel he should return my rental car fees for the extra 20 days. My overall experience on customer service would be a **** on a scale of **** through 10. The finish product would be a 10. Lack of good customer service and follow up was just not there.

They did not respond to the calls from my insurance co. And they did not notify me when my car was ready. Text message said 7/5/17 but I called to get them to call my insurance company and discovered my car was ready for pickup on 7/3/17 and no on told me. No text message or anything. If I had not contacted them I would have acquired two more days of unnecessary rental car fees.
