You guys are great from the ladies in the office, Ana and Nancy. They are so professional and nice. I've had previous experience with Sams. It was positive. My car looks great. The person who helped me out, Jennifer, was superb. She answered answered all my questions no matter how silly they might have seemed. She was curtrous, super respectful, and extremely professional. Made my unpleasant accident into a pleasant visit at Sams Auto land. Thank you so much Jennifer for your help and thanks to the people in the back who worked on my car, it looks stunning! Hopefully I don't have to visit an auto body shop again, but if I do I know exactly where I'm coming to! Thanks ????????

I noticed paint drops where my truck was newly painted. The running boards were not put on correctly. And finally, I was not made aware that the driver side passenger door stepping pad wasn't snapped in and is flapping to the touch.

This Company has always come through for me. Unfortunately, I've been here 3 times, but whenever I have to go to a body shop they're my first choice!
