I was thoroughly pleased with the ease and great service given at Sam's auto land, from the receptionist giving direction to Mr Art inspecting my vehicle to the daily text updates of my cars progress. I would come back again

Thank you for doing a very good and fast job. The only problem and it really is my problem, I left three (3) 50 cent pieces in the change drawer, one being silver came up missing. It is my fault and my problem for leaving it. It is your problem that you have an employee that is petty enough to want to jeopardize your business and their job for little of nothing. Such a great team! They notified me with every update which was awesome. Kind staff always on site at Sam's. Made sure I was comfortable & explained every aspect that was blurry for me. All in all great experience with them.

Everyone was courteous and the work performed in a timely manner. However I am not satisfied with the overall work. 2 clips were missing, trunk doesnt close properly and there is overspray on both rear body panels of the car....its a brand new car. ****-****-xxxx Saul is assisting me and has been accommodating. Ill be in Friday of this week.

My car was polished and shined on the outside just the inside interior was quite dusty but other than that every thing seems to be complete and perfect. I also like the fact that I can say something wasn't right and the team of workers fix the problem....Thanks to everyone!!!
