Another fantastic job by everyone at Sam's. Any time you have damage done to your vehicle, especially a brand new one, it's an upsetting situation to be in. All the folks over there at Sam's are courteous and professional and make the whole bad vibe of a fender bender melt away. And when in just a few short days I picked my very muched loved F150 up, it looked exactly the way it did when I first drove it off the lot at Worthington Ford. Thank you so very much!

I would have liked better description with text updates instead of generic, meaningless updates. The only one I got that gave me any info about car was when I was told it was 61% done. Also, communication between staff could have been better, often felt like women at front desk were confused.

I was very pleased with the work that was done and the timeframe in which it was completed. Everyone was really nice and I especially loved the text messages giving me updates. I believe this is my third visit to Sam's over the years and they are my go-to repair shop.

Upon receiving my car from the shop. I saw some scratches on the surface of my mirrors. And the other damages that was said to be done was not done. I am highly unsatisfied with the service.
