Henry went out of his way to solve my door lock problem. The Toyota dealer sent me to Sam's because they said my lock needed to be welded back into the door and they don't weld. Henry at Sam's showed me that welding was not possessible because the sheet metal on the door was too thin. He and his worker created a fix using thin washers to bolt a new lock to the door and it worked! He saved me a ton of money because the only other option was to replace the whole door which work have cost a grip of money. The work was done quickly too. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. I did take my previous vehicle to Sam's back in 2002 after an accident and they did excellent work back then too. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I intend to create an excellent Yelp review as well.
