I thought everyone at Sam's was very nice and professional to deal with. All very courteous and pleasant people. Your Service Supervisor, Vic, was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help. When it came to getting some warranty work repaired that was done at another shop years ago, he went the extra mile to contact the insurance company to get the work done while you had my truck. This saved me another visit to have the work completed and saved another car rental. I really appreciate everything Sam's did for me. The work was outstanding. They took the time to do everything the right way to make sure the job was top notch. The truck looks brand new. Outstanding job. Thank you.I will highly recommend Sam's to my friends. Al Case

SMS messages behind actual work or simply wrong. Always the most expensive but work is always "almost as good as new". You get what you pay for. That's why I go to Sam's. Thanks.

I worked with Henry who took the inspection when I first came in. He was very thoughtful and assisted me with any questions that I may have in regards to my vehicle.I felt that my car was in safe hands. It's rough having to deal with a collision, so having to work with great customer service can always make the situation easier. I also appreciated the reminders sent to me on the progress of my vehicle and the estimated date that my car would be completed. Towards the last phase, there must've been a slight glitch in the date my car was going to be ready. I appreciated management handling the issue to assure me that it's important that quality of the vehicles are their number one priority, and so they provided me with a rental until the work is completed. Thank you Sam's Autoland for assisting me in my repair needs.

My 2011 Venza Toyota was completed was completed ahead of the scheduled date, therefore I was able to pick up my car without any hassle. They were great and I would recommend anyone who need their car repaired
