I appreciated the good work on the car and the efforts to finish that work but the time it took to complete my car was largely underestimated. In the future, you should pick a completion date that you can honor, even if you have to overestimate.

Everyone was very nice and professional...they tried to keep me informed on the status of my car. Even though they had trouble matching the paint on my new car. They finally got it right and it looks great

You company does great body work but some of your employees are rude and act as if they don't want to assist custom. That took away from my overall experience and satisfaction. Having an auto accident is a traumatic experience as it is, so dealing with rude adjusters and customers service representatives doesn't help. I was very disappointed to find your representatives not to be as helpful and friendly as I thought they would be.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication the shop had with my insurance company. I was informed my vehicle was ready and once I arrived to pick it up, they had ordered the wrong part which meant it would be an additional 2 day wait. Once my vehicle was ready there were a few other administrative issues that were not taken care of which meant I had to come back for the third time to pick up my vehicle. Overall, as a prior customer I was very dissatisfied with working with Sam's Autoland and may not work with them again in the future.
